Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

As previously announced, Freshpet held a conference call at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on November 11, 2015 to discuss its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015. A transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
