• Share buy-back - 1st Interim Report

In the period from 28 May 2018 until and including 1st June 2018, a total
of 217,774 shares were repurchased within the framework of the share buy-
back programme of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA ('Fresenius Medical
Care'), which was announced on 25 May 2018 pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit.
a) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of Delegated
Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The purchase of shares of Fresenius Medical Care within the framework of
the share buy-back programme was carried out exclusively on the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange via the XETRA trading platform by a credit institution
commissioned by Fresenius Medical Care.
