• Share buy-back - 2nd Interim Report and Final Report

In the period from 4 June 2018 until and including 8 June 2018, a total of
213,226 shares were repurchased within the framework of the share buy-back
programme of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA ('Fresenius Medical
Care'), which was announced on 25 May 2018 pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit.
a) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of Delegated
Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The total volume of shares repurchased within the framework of this share
buy-back in the period from 28 May 2018 until and including 8 June 2018
therefore amounts to 431,000 shares. The weighted average share price paid
for these shares amounted to EUR 86.3828. This concludes the share buy-back
programme.

The purchase of shares of Fresenius Medical Care within the framework of
the share buy-back programme was carried out exclusively on the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange via the XETRA trading platform by a credit institution
commissioned by Fresenius Medical Care.
