Correction of our Publication according to Sec. 26 WpHG dated 4 February
2011

Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA (prior to its change of form: Fresenius SE), Bad
Homburg v.d.H., Germany, has informed us in a corrected voting rights
notification dated 8 February 2011 according to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that
the total of its voting rights in Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA,
Else-Kröner-Straße 1, 61352 Bad Homburg v.d.H., Germany, as from the
effectiveness of its change of form as of 28 January 2011 continue to
exceed the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% of the voting
rights and as of this day amount to 35.74% (106,603,026 voting rights).
