rights). These voting rights are fully attributed to FIL Limited pursuant

   Hildenborough, Kent, United Kingdom, we were notified of the following
   pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG by letter dated March 17, 2011:

On March 11, 2011, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, Kent,
United Kingdom, crossed below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in
Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA, Else-Kröner-Straße 1, 61352 Bad
Homburg v.d.H., Germany. On that date, FIL Investment Management Limited
held 2.99% of the voting rights (8,943,410 voting rights). These voting
rights are fully attributed to FIL Investments International pursuant to
