on May 6, 2010 and now amount to 3.53% (this corresponds to 10,437,692

the Voting Rights on May 6, 2010 and now amount to 3.37% (this corresponds
to 9,954,735 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 6 of the WpHG in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.37% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 9,954,735 Voting Rights) is to be
