Frenkel Topping Group plc (AIM: FEN) announces that FCFM Group Limited, of which Jason Granite, Executive Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of the Company, is a director and shareholder, has sold 7,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 52.5 pence per Ordinary Share. The shares were sold to Oryx International Growth Fund Limited.

Following the above transaction, Jason Granite is beneficially interested in 5,893,404 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.7% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
