The Company announces that it received notification that Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, today transferred 19,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 45 pence per Ordinary Share from his SIPP to the SIPP of his wife. Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is beneficially interested in 3,823,419 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.
