The Company announces that, on 21 November 2014, it received notification that on the 20 November 2014, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, sold 40,540 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37.0 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is now beneficially interested in 3,344,865 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
