The Company announces that, on 11 November 2013, it received notification that on the same day, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, bought 78,525 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 29.9 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is now beneficially interested in 3,385,405 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.35% of the issued share capital of the Company.
