The Company announces that, on 29 May 2013, it received notification that on the same day, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, bought 46,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is now beneficially interested in 4,358,553 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.
