Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 15 May 2013, it received notification that on the same date, David Southworth, a director of the Company, transferred 240,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.39% of the issued share capital of the Company, from his SIPP into the SIPP of Pamela Southworth, his wife, at a price of 27.0p per share.  Following this transaction, David Southworth remains beneficially interested in 7,220,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.59% of the issued share capital of the Company.
