freenet AG announces early extension of Executive Board contracts
– Christoph Vilanek reappointed as chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) until 31. December 2018
– Joachim Preisig reappointed as member of the Executive Board for finance & controlling (CFO) until 31. December 2019
– Stephan Esch reappointed as member of the Executive Board for IT (CTO) until 31. December 2019
Büdelsdorf 21 February 2014 – In its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of freenet AG [ISIN DE000A0Z2ZZ5] resolved an early extension to the employment contracts of the company’s Executive Board members.
Christoph Vilanek has been reappointed as chairman of the Executive Board and as Chief Executive Officer until 31. December 2018. Joachim Preisig was reappointed as Chief Financial Officer until 31. December 2019, and Stephan Esch was reappointed as Chief Technology Officer until 31. December 2019.
