LODGE RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE
Vancouver, British Columbia – May 19, 2020 – Lodge Resources Inc. (CSE: LDG) (FSE: 3WU) (“Lodge” or the “Company”) announces that effective May 21, 2020, the Company’s name will change from “Lodge Resources Inc.” to “Freeman Gold Corp.”
The Company’s common shares will begin trading on the CSE on May 21, 2020 under the new name and the trading symbol for the Company will change from “LDG” to “FMAN”. The new CUSIP will be 35658P105 and the new ISIN number will be CA35658P1053. The share capital of the Company remains unchanged.
