Change in Company Secretary
Freehill Mining Limited (ASX: FHS ‘Freehill’ or ‘the Company’) today announces the appointment of Mr Joe Fekete as Company Secretary.
Joe was previously the Company Secretary of Freehill on its ASX listing in 2017, and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and is a registered Company Secretary.
The appointment follows the resignation of Tom Sapountsis, with effect from 26 November 2021. The Board would like to thank Tom for his service to the Company and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
