Frauenthal Holding AG completed the purchase of the ÖAG AG

Frauenthal Handels- und Dienstleistungs-GmbH ("Frauenthal") and SHT Haustechnik AG ("SHT"), both 100% owned subsidiaries of listed Frauenthal Holding AG today announced the closing of the purchase of 100 percent of shares in the ÖAG AG (Frauenthal 99.9%, SHT 0 , 1%). ÖAG AG is a domestic wholesaler for sanitary, heating and plumbing products and is a competitor of Frauenthal's SHT. Mid-May Frauenthal had announced the agreement on the takeover with the current owner, the international plumbing supplies wholesaler Wolseley. The closing of the transaction took place today after approval by the competent antitrust authorities. ÖAG continues as an independent company with its own brand under the umbrella of the Frauenthal Group on the market.
