The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Frauenthal Holding AG, Dr. Ernst Lemberger, has tendered his resignation with effect from 26 March 2010 in order to devote his entire energies to the expansion of the Ventana Aerospace Group of which he is the majority shareholder. The Frauenthal Supervisory Board has elected Dr. Hannes Winkler as its new chairman. He will hold this office until the Annual General Meeting on 2 June, at which three of the four Supervisory Board members must seek re-election and the Board will thus be reconstituted. The ownership structure of Frauenthal Holding AG is not affected.
