Transaction in Own Shares

Frasers Group announces that on 8 February 2022 it purchased 1,702 of its ordinary shares from Liberum Capital Limited (acting as the Company's broker) on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 700.00 pence per share, as part of the Company's buyback programme announced on 13 December 2021. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 138,055,820 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 502,546,549.
