Transaction in Own Shares

Frasers Group announces that on 24 September 2021 it purchased 15,724 of its ordinary shares from Liberum Capital Limited (acting as the Company's broker) on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 699.23 pence per share, as part of the Company's buyback programme announced on 6 August 2021. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 131,299,855 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 509,302,514.
