Strategic US investments

Sports Direct International plc ("Sports Direct" or "the Company") announces that it now holds the following economic interests in US strategic investments:

·        5,664,115 shares in Iconix Brand Group Inc, representing 8.9% of the issued common stock of that company. This investment is held through contracts for difference with 3rd parties.

·        7,957,800 shares in Finish Line Inc, representing 19.3% of the issued common stock of that company. Of this interest, 3,632,000 shares are owned directly. An economic interest in a further 4,325,800 shares is held through contracts for difference with 3rd parties
