SPORTS DIRECT INTERNATIONAL PLC

("Sports Direct" or the "Company")

INCREASE IN GUARANTEED SHARE PRICE FOR AWARDS UNDER 2011 SHARE SCHEME.

As has been previously communicated by the Company, participants of the 2011 Share Scheme had been previously guaranteed a minimum of £3 for each share awarded to participants of the scheme. This was increased to a minimum of £4 for each eligible employee who chose to postpone vesting until 2018.

The Company announces today that for any eligible employee who remains in the scheme, the minimum price per share will increase to £5.
