Frasers Group plc (the "Company") has been notified by MASH Beta Ltd ("MASH"), a company through which Mike Ashley holds shares in the Company, that a pledge granted by MASH over 26,561,540 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.90% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury), in favour of HSBC Private Bank has been released.

There is no change in Mike Ashley's beneficial shareholding in the Company and he continues to have an interest and voting rights in 330,069,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 73.30% of the Company's issued share capital.
