Further to our announcement on 8 August 2018 regarding the Company's AGM, Dr Keith Hellawell, QPM, will chair the meeting and other members of the Board will also be in attendance.  Please note that, with the agreement of the Board, the Chief Executive, Mike Ashley, will not be required to attend this year's AGM, due to overriding demands for his time.
