DIRECTORATE APPOINTMENT

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Anouska Kapur as a non-executive Director of the Board with effect from 29 September 2021.

Anouska is a Partner at the law firm Child and Child specialising in high value Real Estate. David Daly, Chair of the Board, commented "We are pleased to welcome Anouska to the Board of Frasers Group plc. Anouska's expertise in Real Estate will be a vital asset to the Board as we continue to invest in the high street as part of our elevation strategy. Anouska will also bring independent legal expertise to the Board which will be invaluable in maintaining our regulatory compliance and appropriate standards of corporate governance".
