Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG reaches 100% majority in Mentana-Claimsoft
GmbH

The Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG acquires another 24.5% of the business
shares in the Mentana-Claimsoft GmbH. After Francotyp-Postalia had at first
taken over on 3 March 2011 51% of the shares in Mentana-Claimsoft and
acquired another 24.5% in November 2013, the Company will now hold 100% of
the company shares. The acquisition is part of an agreement by common
consent with one of the original sellers. This arrangement ended a legal
dispute. The complete acquisition of the company shares in
Mentana-Claimsoft GmbH is part of the consistent expansion of the fully
electronic letter communication thus constituting an essential contribution
to the development of this promising business segment of the FP group of
companies.
