Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG gains 75.5% majority in Mentana-Claimsoft
GmbH

Birkenwerder, 6 November 2013 Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG is acquiring a
further 24.5% of the shares in Mentana-Claimsoft GmbH. Since
Francotyp-Postalia already acquired a 51% stake in Mentana-Claimsoft on 3
March 2011, the company will hold 75.5% of the shares. The acquisition had
no impact on liquidity and was part of a mutual agreement after it emerged
that there may have been a warranty violation on the part of the seller
with regard to the purchase agreement of 3 March 2011. Francotyp-Postalia
is thus continuing the strategic expansion of the fully electronic mail
communications segment and strengthening its influence on the future
development of this promising business segment for the FP Group.
