Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG: Deselection of Supervisory Board Chairman,
resignation of Supervisory Board member Christoph Weise

Berlin, 27 June 2012. In accordance with Section 15 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG), the Management Board of Francotyp-Postalia
Holding AG, Birkenwerder (ISIN DE000FPH9000, ISIN DE000FPH9018) provides
notification that the announced resignation of the Supervisory Board member
Mr. Christoph Weise (Ad-hoc notification as of 27 June 2012) took place
with notice of 30 days following the deselection of Supervisory Board
member and Chairman Professor Michael Hoffmann. Dr. Claus Gerckens
announced to decide on a possible resignation in the near future.
