Birkenwerder, Germany, November 13, 2007. The Chief Executive Officer of
Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Hartmut Neumann, will be leaving the company
at the end of the year at his own request for personal reasons. The
Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Heinz-Dieter Sluma (50) to succeed him;
he will assume the management of Francotyp-Postalia as its Chief Executive
Officer effective January 1, 2008. He had previously been Executive Vice
President of the largest business unit of Schott AG. Before, he led the
global sales activities of Dräger Safety, a part of Drägerwerk AG, as
President Global Sales and Marketing. The Supervisory Board wishes to thank
Hartmut Neumann for his ten years of service to the company.
