Franchise Brands (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand international franchise business, has been notified that  Julia Choudhury, Corporate Development Director, has transferred 423,170 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between her self-invested personal pensions (SIPP). Following the transfer, the beneficial shareholding of Julia Choudhury remains unchanged at 1,546,701 Ordinary Shares (equivalent to 1.19% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
