Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand franchise business, announces that following a transfer of shares, Nigel Wray's (Non-Executive Director) total interest in ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") remains unchanged at 22,366,303 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 23.36% of the Company's issued share capital. The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of the transactions between parties related to Mr Wray's total interest in Ordinary Shares.
