Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), an international multi-brand franchisor, announces that Stephen Hemsley, Executive Chairman of the Company, has donated 125,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity (Registered Charity number 1095197).

Following this transaction, Mr Hemsley has a total beneficial interest in 20,515,117 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 26.47% of the total voting rights of the Company.
