Franchetti S.p.A., events with investors in October 2024: "Investor Access Event" in Paris and "Next Gems 2024" in Milan

Arzignano (VI), October 2, 2024 – Franchetti S.p.A. ("Franchetti" or the "Company"" or the "Group", Ticker BIT: FCH), a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and parent of the multinational software development and engineering design Group focused on solutions for the safety and predictive planning of maintenance activities on infrastructure network structures, announces its participation, at two events with the financial community to illustrate the results achieved in the first half of 2024 and share the latest corporate news.

Franchetti's top management will meet with institutional and international investors:

• On October 16, 2024, at the "Investor Access Event", an event organized by Investor Access, to be held in Paris from October 15-16 at the Maison de La Chimie, 28 Rue Saint-Dominique;
• On October 22, 2024, at the "Next Gems 2023" event, organized by Virgilio IR and the studio T.W.I.N.- The World Is Now, to be held in Milan on October 22 and 23, 2024, at Palazzo Mezzanotte, Piazza Affari 6.

With a workforce of 70 professionals, more than 90% of whom are engineering graduates, the Group achieved a Value of Production of Euro 3.5 million in 1H24 (+22% on 1H23) and an EBITDA of Euro 1.1 million (+122% on 1H23).
