Franchetti S.p.A.: events with investors in October 2023 - "Investor Access Event" in Paris and "Next Gems 2023" in Milan

Arzignano (VI), October 4, 2023 – Franchetti S.p.A. (Ticker BIT: FCH) ("Franchetti" or the "Company" or the "Group"), parent company of the Group leader in software development and engineering design listed on Euronext Growth Milan, pioneer in the planning, diagnosis and therapy of interventions aimed at safety and predictive scheduling of maintenance activities on infrastructural network structures, in particular bridges and viaducts, announces its participation, at two events with the financial community to illustrate the results achieved in the first half of 2023 and share the latest corporate news.

Franchetti's top management will meet with institutional and international investors:

• on October 9, 2023, at the "Investor Access Event", an event organized by Investor Access, to be held in Paris from October 9-10 at the Salon Hoche, Avenue Hoche 9.
• on October 18, 2023, at the "Next Gems 2023" event, organized by Virgilio IR and the studio T.W.I.N.- The World Is Now, to be held in Milan on October 17 and 18, 2023, at Palazzo Mezzanotte, Piazza Affari 6.

With a workforce of 70 professionals, over 90% of whom have engineering degrees, the Group achieved consolidated revenues of 4.7 million euros in 2022, of which 60.7% generated in Italy and 39.3% in Brazil.
