Franchetti Announces the Appointment of Ashley Langford as Country Manager for Business Development in Canada and the United States

Arzignano (VI), January 14, 2026 – Franchetti S.p.A. (Ticker BIT: FCH), the holding company of the multinational Franchetti Group, specialized in advanced diagnostics solutions, digital monitoring and predictive maintenance of infrastructures, announces the appointment of Ashley Langford as Country Manager for North America, with direct responsibility for business development and operational consolidation in Canada and the United States.

With a solid background in the infrastructure sector, Ashley Langford brings to Franchetti extensive experience developed in technological and industrial environments. Previously, he held Country Manager roles at Hitachi Rail, contributing to business growth and consolidation in the North American market and to the strengthening of relationships with regulatory authorities, concessionaires and industrial clients.

In parallel, Langford will continue to oversee in-depth market analysis activities and, in coordination with Franchetti S.p.A., will contribute to guiding the implementation of the Group's strategic positioning in its reference markets, ensuring consistency, execution effectiveness and supervision of the following activities:

• Continuous monitoring of the target markets already covered, with refinement of the positioning of the Franchetti offer in core services, starting from customers and cases already operational;
• Coordination of business development, with responsibility for the consolidation of existing customers, the expansion of existing relationships and the qualification and prioritization of sectoral and territorial pipelines;
• Development and management of industrial partnerships and support in the identification of growth opportunities through external lines, including targeted M&A transactions;
• Operational management of the Canadian company, with a focus on the delivery of core engineering services for active customers, definition of the operational structure and integration with the Group.

Commenting on the appointment, Gianluca Del Fabbro, General Manager of the Franchetti Group, stated: "Ashley's appointment represents the concrete implementation of our international expansion path in North America.
