Franchetti S.p.A.: approval of the 2026 calendar of corporate events

Arzignano (VI), 22 December 2025 – Franchetti S.p.A. (Ticker BIT: FCH), the parent company of the multinational Group of the same name specializing in advanced diagnostics, digital monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions for infrastructures, announces that the Board of Directors, which met today, approved the 2026 calendar of corporate events:

• 30.03.2026 Board of Directors' meeting for approval of the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31.12.2025;
• 30.04.2026 Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements as at 31.12.2025 and presentation of the Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31.12.2025;
• 30.09.2026 Board of Directors' meeting to approve the consolidated half-year financial report as at 30.06.2026, voluntarily subject to a limited audit.
