Dear Ma'am / Sir,

This is with reference to the intimation filed by the Company on April 30, 2026, regarding changes in Senior Management pursuant to updated organisation structure of the Company and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors vide circular resolution passed on June 03, 2026, we wish to inform you that Mr. Leandro DalleMule has been appointed as Chief Practice Officer – Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) at Fractal Analytics Inc. (material wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) and forms part of the Senior Management of the Company, effective June 03, 2026.

We wish to further inform you that the FSI Practice was overseen by Mr. Natwar Mall (Senior Management of the Company), Chief Transformation Officer & Chief Practice Officer – BFSI, in an interim capacity and consequent to the appointment of Mr. DalleMule, Mr. Mall (Senior Management of the Company) will continue in his existing role as Chief Transformation Officer of the Company.

Details with respect to the said appointment as required under SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are provided in Annexure-A.

He completed his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also has a professional certificate in applied mathematics from Columbia University and a mechanical engineering degree from University of Sao Paulo in Brazil.
