Notice and Access

For purposes of increased attendance, cost savings, convenience, enhanced accessibility, and increased transparency we will conduct our annual meeting of shareholders of FPI virtually. You can participate in the virtual meeting by logging on to the webcast as detailed herein.

Management Info Circular and Proxy

We are using Notice and Access to send our shareholders the 2024 Management Information Circular and Proxy form as permitted by the Canadian Securities Administrators and with the authorization of Corporations Canada. Our Circular will be posted online for you to access, rather than being mailed to you.

Annual Financial Statements and MD&A

Copies of our annual financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis (MD&A) are available to download from our Annual Meeting webpage or SEDAR+. If you are a registered shareholder and did not sign-up for e-delivery or opt out of receiving financial statements, you will receive a paper copy with this notice.
