The Board of Foxtons Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Sheena Mackay as a Non-Executive Director. Sheena will join Foxtons with immediate effect and will also take on the role of Remuneration Chair. She will also be a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees. Sheena is currently Group HR Director at Smiths Group plc, with 28 years of experience in HR. Her previous roles include being Group HR Director at Aggreko plc, BBA Aviation plc and SSL International plc.

Following Sheena's appointment as Remuneration Committee Chair, Andrew Adcock will be stepping down in his current role as Remuneration Committee Chairman and will remain as a Non-Executive Director on the Board. All other committee memberships remain unchanged.
