Change of Auditor

Foxtons Group plc is pleased to announce, that following a formal tender process, BDO LLP has been appointed as the Company's auditor for the year ending 31 December 2020. The appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company in May 2020.

The Board would like to thank Deloitte LLP for its significant contribution and service as auditor since 2009.
