The Management Board announces that the Supervisory Board has unanimously resolved that Mr. Philippe Perret’s term of office on the Management Board will end upon completion of his five-year term on 7 December 2025. At the same time, the Supervisory Board has resolved that the management contract with Phimac Conseil SARL, Marseille, France, which governs Mr. Perret’s Management Board activities and remuneration, and which expires on 7 December 2025, will not be extended. The composition of the new Management Board will be announced on 17 November 2025. The current Management Board member, Mr. Philippe Perret, will work with the new Management Board until his departure from the Management Board and will support them in the handover of business.
