Luxembourg, 28 th October, 2025

Fotex Holding S.E. (the "Company") hereby informs all its shareholders that the corporate action to transfer the ordinary shares (ISIN: LU2057892510) of the Company from the Regulated Market to the Euro MTF of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, initially scheduled for 25th September, 2025 and thereafter suspended, will take place on 31st December, 2025.

The transfer does not require any action of the shareholders. The transfer will not change the ISIN code of the shares or the possibility to trade shares.
