Fotex Holding S.E. ("Fotex Holding" or the "Company") hereby informs all shareholders that the corporate action scheduled for 25th September, 2025 to transfer the ordinary shares (ISIN: LU2057892510) to the EuroMTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange has been suspended.

Until further notice, the Company's shares shall remain and be traded on the main regulated market without any changes.
