We, the undersigned, do hereby certify that Foseco India Limited (the Company), having its Registered Office at Gat Nos. 922 & 923, Sanaswadi, Taluka Shirur, Pune - 412208, has appointed Link lntime India Private Limited, as its Share Transfer Agents (STA) having its place of activities at Block No. 202, 2[nd ] Floor, Akshay Complex, Off Dhole Patil Road, Pune - 411001, for managing the share transfer facility of the Company. The STA is a SEBI Registered Category I, Registrar to an Issue & Share Transfer Agent bearing Registration Number: INR000004058.

The STA has properly conducted all the activities as prescribed under Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, in relation to the share transfer facility of the Company during the period from October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 on its behalf.

In our opinion and to the best of our knowledge and information and according to the documents furnished to us, we hereby certify that the STA has complied with the aforesaid Regulations and has maintained all the records of the activities in relation to the share transfer facility of the Company.
