1. Intimation of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2021 2. Trading Window

We wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2021.

Vide our letter dated June 30, 2021, we had informed you of the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company with effect from July 1, 2021 which shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company as above are declared and filed with the Stock Exchanges.

Accordingly, the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed until July 29, 2021, for all the specified person defined in the Code formulated by the Company, inter-alia, for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results as above, in terms of the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
