We wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2022 and also to consider, if thought fit, to recommend the final dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2022.

Vide our letter dated February 6, 2023, we had informed that the Trading Window will continue to remain closed beyond February 9, 2023 until further notice. Please be informed that the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed until March 1, 2023, for all the specified person defined in the Code formulated by the Company, inter-alia, for the purpose of taking on record the Audited Financial Results as above, for recommending the final dividend, if thought fit, and for other allied matters, in terms of the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
