1. Intimation of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 2. Trading Window

We wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2022.

Vide our letter dated March 31, 2022, we had informed you of the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company with effect from April 1, 2022 which shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company as above are declared and filed with the Stock Exchanges.

Accordingly, the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed until May 14, 2022, for all the specified person defined in the Code formulated by the Company, inter-alia, for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results as above, in terms of the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
