We wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, inter alia, to consider the following:-

a) Approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2020;

b) Review and revise, if thought fit, the final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2019, that was earlier recommended by the Board in its Meeting held on January 29, 2020 and informed to the Stock Exchanges on the same day.
The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company which has been closed since April 1, 2020 shall continue to remain closed till May 29, 2020, for all the specified person defined in the Code formulated by the Company, in terms of the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
