Dr. Ujjal Bhattacharjee (DIN: 08083932) was appointed as an Additional Director of Foseco India Limited (“the Company”) with effect from 1[st] January 2021, pursuant to the provisions of Section 161 of the Act and the Articles of Association of the Company.

Dr. Bhattacharjee, who held the office of an Additional Director up to the date of the 64[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on 21[st] June 2021, was appointed as a Whole-time Executive Director of the Company for a period of one year with effect from 1[st] January 2021 to 31[st] December 2021, at the said AGM.

Accordingly, Dr. Bhattacharjee’s term as a Whole-time Executive Director has come to an end on 31[st] December 2021 and he has ceased to be the Director of the Company at the close of business on the said date.

The above disclosure is made in pursuance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, as amended.
