Please refer our letter dated 6[th] May 2021, filed with you under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015.

Vide the aforesaid letter, amongst other things, we had informed the Stock Exchanges of the appointment of Mr. Prasad Chavare (DIN: 08846863) as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The period of 5 years has erroneously been mentioned as taking effect from 1[st] June 2021 and ending on 31[st] May 2021.

The period of 5 years should be correctly read as taking effect from 1[st] June 2021 and ending on 31[st] May 2026.

The error is regretted.
