Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 [SEBI (LODR)] we wish to inform you of the resignation of Mrs. Indira J. Parikh from the Directorship of the Company, which will take effect from today, i.e., 28 March 2019.

Due to her other commitments, it was making difficult for Mrs. Indira Parikh to discharge her duties as a Director of the Company and therefore she has tendered resignation from the Directorship of the Company.

The Board has accepted her resignation and relieved her from the Directorship of the Company.
